Sydney in summer: the days are long, hot and sticky; the ear-piercing orchestra of cicadas is your alarm clock each morning; and your feet seem to have a permanent thong V-tan going on.
So it was with a great big smile that I saw the city had put on her summer dress to get in on the fun too! These temporary garden beds are in Martin Place in the CBD. There is everything from succulents to a bit of a vegie patch going on in these plantings. It's like a bit of lippy for the city - how pretty!!
